COVID–19 Update

We are closely tracking the rapidly evolving public health and community concerns related to the new Coronavirus or COVID-19. Rest assured that we are taking all available steps to remain accessible to our clients as we continue to act in accordance with their best interests during this difficult time.

The office is closed, however we are working from home and can be reached by calling the office phone number, 714.544.9844 or email, rudy@relcrimlaw.com. We can discuss your case over the phone or have a video conference if appropriate. We are accepting new clients during this time.

The courts are currently closed until April 24, 2020. We are able to obtain updates on a case by case basis, depending on the courtroom and the information made available by individual Deputy District Attorneys and/or court staff. All court dates scheduled prior to April 24 are being continued. As soon as we know the new dates assigned by the court we will update each client individually. In the meantime, I am using this time to work on your case and be prepared to tackle the issues involved as soon as the courts are back open.

Again, please feel free to reach out to us with questions at any time. I have provided the following links below for local updates regarding public health orders, court operations and other information.
